Santa is back at Dublin Zoo for Christmas 2024! Come and visit Santa in his magical Grotto at Dublin Zoo. 

All guests who visit Santa's Grotto will receive:

• Day entry to Dublin Zoo
• A visit with Santa in his magical grotto (located in the farmhouse at Dublin Zoo's Family Farm)
• A gift for each child
• One photo keyring or magnet pack per family group. 

Pre-booking online is essential. Please double check your selected date, time slot, and tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable as per our terms and conditions. 

Please note: Dublin Zoo offers a date change service for Santa's Grotto which is available up to 7 days before the date originally booked. An admin fee of €2 per ticket applies if you are not signed into your account when placing your order. Please see terms and conditions or your order confirmation email for more information.

The sensory-friendly time slots for Santa's Grotto on December 14th and 19th are a version of the event that is accessible for guests with sensory sensitivities.
