Lace up your best running shoes and help save endangered species! Join us at Dublin Zoo on Saturday July 26th, 2025, at our Run for Wildlife celebration.  

Enjoy a run around the grounds of Dublin Zoo, surrounded by amazing animals and beautiful plants, all while raising vital funds for Selamatkan Yaki, a conservation organisation based in Indonesia, working to create a brighter future for the Sulawesi crested macaques.  

Whether you sprint or jog every step counts and helps us support wildlife protection and habitat preservation.

Register for the run by June 9th to purchase a Tier 1 participant ticket and receive the exclusive Run for Wildlife t-shirt AND a beautiful handcrafted medal made by Manado Ecocrafts! From June 10th to July 24th Tier 2 participant tickets will be available to purchase (subject to availability) but will not include a Run for Wildlife t-shirt. 

Event Details

• Arrival time for registration: from 7:30am 
• Race start time: 8:30am sharp
• Course distance: 3km
• Participants must be aged 16yrs and over
• Tier 1 Participant tickets (available until June 9th) include race entry, the exclusive Run for Wildlife t-shirt, and a souvenir medal. Tier 2 Participant tickets are available from June 10th and do not include a t-shirt. 
• Tickets must be pre-booked online in advance, no participant or supporter tickets will be sold on the day of the event. 
• A small number of supporter tickets are available to purchase at the time of booking. Spaces are extremely limited so don't forget to purchase their tickets along with your supporter ticket. Children must be supervised at all times during the event.
• Dublin Zoo will open to the general public at 10:30am and race participants and supporters are welcome to stay and experience all that Dublin Zoo has to offer.
