Gift vouchers are digital vouchers that are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and can be used to purchase a Dublin Zoo Family Annual Pass only. Please note, annual pass vouchers cannot be used as payment for tickets, events, services, retail products, or in our food outlets.
A Family Annual Pass allows entry to Dublin Zoo with one of the following combinations:
- Pass holder + 3 Adults
- Pass holder + 2 Adults + 2 Children
- Pass holder + 1 Adult + 4 Children
- Pass holder + 6 Children
After purchase, an email will be sent containing details about the annual pass digital gift voucher. Please note, there is no option to purchase a physical annual pass gift voucher and there are no collections available – gift vouchers come in digital form only.
If buying the gift voucher as a present for someone else you can enter their contact details and a message at checkout. The gift voucher details will be sent immediately, so please delay purchase if you want to wait and surprise them.
To use the annual pass gift voucher simply enter the voucher details at checkout when purchasing an annual pass.
